SpyAgent is used to record all keystrokes, applications, windows, websites, internet connections, emails sent and received, chat conversations, file usage, and even screenshots. SpyAgent can send activity reports to you via email, and can also filter websites and applications so they are not seen on your PC! SpyAgent can run in total and has the most powerful features available on the market – all accessible from an easy-to-use interface.
Activity Monitoring and Monitoring Features:
Monitor and record all types along with typed windows and time stamps. Click the “Format” button to delete and apply text formatting to make the log easier to read. The captured password is marked for easy viewing. If the screenshot is activated, SpyAgent will display the associated screenshot next to the keystroke log entry.
Sent and Received Emails
Monitor and record all emails sent and received by your computer users! All SMTP and POP3 messages are recorded for later viewing. Attachments are also recorded.
Timeline Recording Event
Record all events that the user is doing and see them in a sorted list regularly. The Event Chronology allows you to see what events the user is doing, in the order they did. Events that are recorded include the Start / Stop Program, Type Keys, Email and Chat Messages, Website Visits, Document and Print Views, how long the user is active and inactive each session, and more.
Internet Chat Conversation
Monitor and record both sides of all chat conversations that are carried out on the chat client. Clients supported include the latest version: AOL (including 9.0 and Optimized), AOL Instant Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, Excite Messenger, GoogleTalk, Skype, XFire, and ICQ.
Record all website visits and online searches carried out by popular browsers currently in use. All website visits are recorded by the website address, username, and site visit time. SpyAgent also records how long users visit each website so you can easily see what websites you have visited the longest. SpyAgent supports the latest versions of the following browsers: Internet Explorer, Edge, Opera, Mozilla, Firefox, Flock, Google Chrome, Safari, and America Online. Incognito and InPrivate browser activities are also recorded.
Use of the Application
Monitor and log all user-run applications – SpyAgent logs when the application starts, stops, and how long it is actually used. Users cannot cheat SpyAgent by just opening the program and letting it run in the background – SpyAgent will know how long the program was actually used.
Webmail and Website Content
Webmail message logs from most major web email providers – such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, and Hotmail webmail. SpyAgent 10.1 records incoming messages that are read by users, as well as messages they send via webmail. All content of the website visited can be noted too …
Use of Computer Logging
Note how long the user is active, and not active during each computer session. The log shows when each session starts, and when it ends.
Audio recording Microphone triggered by sound
Voice logs occur around your computer, as well as conversation conversations, with your computer microphone. SpyAgent will only trigger audio recording when the sound meets or exceeds the configured volume threshold.
Webcam Recording Records
Record pictures taken from your computer webcam, allowing you to see what is happening around your computer at any time. The captured image can be played back through the SpyAgent built-in slideshow viewer.
Smart Screenshot Capture
SpyAgent 10.1 can take snapshots from your desktop at certain time intervals, whenever the mouse is clicked, or every time a website is visited, allowing you to visually see what’s happening at any time. Screenshot capture manager has playback slideshows like videos for easy viewing, and screenshots are categorized by content – social networking, webmail, website usage, and more. Retrieving screenshots can be configured to increase the frequency of their capture when the window captions containing specific keywords that interact with very important information are not overlooked.
Internet Traffic Data
Monitor and record all internet traffic data sent and received by your computer. This data includes email, website requests and content, FTP sessions, passwords, chat conversations, and more.
Monitor and record all internet sessions made on the PC. This includes all FTP, HTTP, POP3, Chat Messenger, and other TCP connections.
Files Uploaded and Downloaded
Log files users upload and download via the web, email, and FTP. All file transfers include the user that performed the transfer, where they downloaded from/uploaded to, and when. File transfer logs can be sorted by content-type for convenient log viewing.
Log all files and documents opened from within Windows Explorer. The log viewer provides links to the documents viewed.
Files System Usage
Log all file system activity. All file modifications, creations, and deletions are logged by the time of the event, and the user who executed them. File events that take place on portable/removable drives are also recorded.
Log all files and documents printed by users of your PC. Logs include the document printed, who printed it, what printer was used, and when.
Window and Mouse Activity
Log all windows in which the user directly interacts on the desktop, along with mouse actions.
Log all text copied to the Windows clipboard by users.

Specific Program Logging
SpyAgent Version 10.1 can be configured to record activities that occur only in specific programs or windows. Activities outside of the specified programs are not recorded, allowing you to record only specific programs usage, rather than everything a user does.
